At the end of the 19th, in 1896, in honor of “Santa María Auxiliadora”, patron saint of a small Spanish town, this company was baptized as “La María”, starting, one of the most traditional sources of work in the Mexican Textile.
Fábrica María is fully integrated and has its own spinning, warping, sizing, weaving and finishing facilities, as well as its own marketing and distribution structure, offering quality as a fabric manufacturer, which allows us to meet the needs of its markets.

Spinning
We manufacture our open-end yarn from single or double yarns from cotton fibers and polycotton blend. We manufacture our open-end yarn.
Fabric
We weave with dobby and cam looms in several graige widths and weights.
Finishing
We have different textile finishing processes: softening, sizing, repellents, starching and dyeing.
Raising
A process given to the fabric on one or both sides to give a velvety, soft and fluffy finish.
Dyeing
In this process we give the color to the fabric you need; all the dyes we use are long lasting.
Laminated
Process in which we can fuse a fabric with a thermoadhesive and incorporate a new base, either woven or non-woven.
Reactive printing
We help you to print your ideas and original designs on cotton fabrics with wash-resistant inks.
Sanforized
Process in which the fabric is pre-shrunk for dimensional stability.
Printed
In this process, color designs are printed across the length and width of the fabric.
